This adorable little guy just turned one a few months ago. He was so much fun and it was so funny how he got big chuckles out of the flowers there at Inniswood Park! He even posed for me on a couple of shots. It was nice meeting you "S" family and here is your sneak peek!

This week I had the pleasure of photographing my sister-in-law and family. It was another pretty fall evening at Dawes Arboretum - one of my favorite places to shoot! We had a lot of fun but quickly lost the light because it gets dark so early now!


My nephew: the best fake smiler I have ever seen! He just got done crying seconds before I took this. : )

It's beginning to look a lot like fall {Columbus OH family photography}

This family wanted to have fall-looking pictures but a lot of the leaves are still pretty green right now as we have not yet hit the peak of fall color. But luckily our mutual friend Jen (who came along as the dog watcher) spotted this perfect fall tree! We took a few there and then their adorable 4 year old son enjoyed exploring the "secret passageways" of the Jeffrey Mansion park! It was nice meeting you "M" family!

Last Saturday was a beautiful evening for photographing this good-looking family at Dawes Arboretum. The dad just happens to be an old college buddy of my husband's - small world! Their kids are adorable and I had so much fun photographing them! Here are a few from our evening together...









Their mom and dad worked hard for this shot dancing and twirling around behind me (which I should have got a picture of!)...

If walls could talk... {Columbus family photographer}

...this family's house would have a lot of stories! They live in a 100+ year old house and they specifically wanted pictures on their front porch. They wanted to continue a little tradition that they learned their house has from a picture of the previous owners on their same front porch from the early 1900s. How cool!
Now many more stories will take place in this house with this adorable family of four!
